I saw this on YJ, if I remember right, and I had to have it. Despite many collectors having cels from the omake, very few have actually seen it as it was on the LD release and not the commercial tapes. (FYI: It's also on the R2 memorial DVD box set. Which now means I own the 1st pressing LDs, the US VHS tapes, and the R2 DVDs. I sense a pattern of obsession here...)
For this cel, the detectives have been practicing disguises. Their first foray...didn't go so well, and they're out for another try. Akira dresses up again as a frog and frightens Kentarou of the Duklyon, while Suoh dresses as a vending machine and scares Takeshi. Nokoru, in this oversized cel, is crying over how they just don't get it.
